Hi all,

Does anyone else have the problem with viewing information on Bugs on Oracle Support?  Very often the hyperlink to the bug given by the engineer in the SR comes up with a "Requested Bug could not be displayed" message.

When raising with the engineer they say to search for it in the Knowledge Base as their link may be internal only but when I do I get the same message so am unable to view it and confirm that that bug/fix does indeed refer to my original problem.

I would love to be able to view information about all existing bugs/defects/ER's (comfort in numbers knowing that we're not the only ones having same product issues!) but seem to be unable to find the super secret bit of Oracle Support that allows me to do this.
