Hi All. 

Is anyone aware how to update a username in Rel 12 Security Console? 

The field appears read only. 

I could find a document (not exactly for this issue) - as per the document you will need to delete the user account and create a new one. 

System Error or Browser is Kept Spinning When Logging in to Fusion Application (Doc ID 2070182.1)
