How can I find out which are active/inactive

I ran a custom report with categories and LearnCenters  so I could export them into another spreadsheet so we are using consistent categories throughout the agency (olbr file attaché).  The report gave me all the categories, whether or not they are still active.  I did not see any way to indicate I only wanted active categories.  Is there any way to do this?
