Hello-

As a part of the upgrade process, I am curious to hear about what other clients are doing in terms of managing internal communications with employees as a part of the downtime and how you manage your post-upgrade updates that you may need to make in your production environment (personalizations, etc.) prior to launching it back out to your full employee population. Do you remove links to the site or any other direct action to prohibit access?
