Hi team -

Our production has just been upgraded to R12 & we observe there is no notification received by user when any transaction is submitted. Ex : Goal Submission for approval, Performance review doc submission, ESS etc. We had 3 of our staging environment & had no such issues. In production, we observe that the notifications are available in BPM, but its not seen in BELL or email being triggered for the same. There is an SR logged for it & we were advised to check the Notification Mode under Admin view in BPM Worklist. But unfortunately, we are unable to find "Administrator"
