R12 password reset and New account informationContent
In R12 when resetting user password, user is receiving workflow notification and not the self service notification that we used to get in R11.
In R11, the email would come from donotreply@oracle.com. In R12 the email is coming from HCM-(Pod_name)-Sender@workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com. The content of email is fine though it is coming as a workflow notification where Assignee, Assignee date and task number is listed along with hyperlink to access the task in workSpace application and then below these details is the actual email content.
