FTP accounts
Summary
oracle policy of 1 FTP account per customerContent
Current Oracle policy of 1 FTP account per customer is causing our company issue. Our current IT Policies do not allow for sharing of user accounts. Each User must be able to be identified and be able to track activities.
Do any other customers find this is also to be an issue for them or if you currently do use single FTP account can you tell me how you are able to identify which users post / delete training elements or perform any other activities in the FTP? Maybe we are just missing the steps on how we can show traceability?
