Re-Training with Learning Plans

Summary

A user needs to retake 1 course in a learning plan that they've previously completed

Hello,

I have a user who has completed some of a learning plan, but not all of it. They need to be re-assigned one course within the learning plan as re-training. I have gone to users > completion status and checked there, but it won't let me change the status of that single course to "not attempted" - I cannot select the user to change that completion status.

I can't un-map them from the learning plan, and I've tried marking all the individual courses in the learning plan as complete and re-assigning the learning plan, which also didn't work. I've searched the help site but I couldn't find anything specific to this case.

Howdy, Stranger!
