HCM Cloud Mobile - Configuration and Customization

We are testing Oracle HCM Mobile functionality and have got some questions around it. 

a) I see additional icons in the view (Personal Information, Taken Action)

b) I don;t see all the icons that I see in the web browser (Performance Review, Talent Review Meeting, succession Plan etc)

c) When I open a page I see a component that is hidden in the application when you view from IE/Chrome.

Is there a document on how to configure these?
