BI Report for Assessments

Has anyone created a BI report for assessments that show the user, questions and how they answered?

Hello all!

I work in healthcare and some of our accreditations require a demonstration that a score changed after education was delivered.

We currently create a learning plan with an assessment instance before the education, then create an education module in Adobe Captivate, then create an assessment instance as a post-test.  It's a three part plan with sequencing turned on.  If you're wondering, we have had trouble getting data back from SCORM courses, so we took the assessment instance route for this type of education.
