Oracle helped us to create a number of read-only roles that can access Person Management.  They work in most cases, however, we are facing an issue when a user with a read-only role also has a Line Manager role assigned...  These users have editable access on Manage Direct Reports and are able to transfer workers outside of their reporting hierarchy. 

We've tried to apply a personalization in a sand box and add an EL to make the Manage Direct Reports task, but the list is not editable...
