Hello All

Did any one use Absence Plan -> Participation -> Termination Rules -> On Employment Termination -> Disburse positive balance and negative balance check boxes?

I would like to see how these are used? Does the system create Vacation Payout out element with corresponding hours on Payroll when the employee is terminated?

Any documentation?
