There is any feasibility to notify the manager when his sub-ordinates are assigned to any learning items like enrolled in course/offerings/specializations?The manager will get any notification?

When learn specialist is assigning a task to a learner, the learner's manager should be informed that what learning items are assigned to his sub-ordinate through notification. So is there any possibility to activate this feature?
