To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Javascript Print from within Storyline course
Content
I am hoping there is an expert on the line that can help me out.
We are currently trying to use javascript to automatically print a slide within our course. The javascript we found is so simple, we don't understand why it isn't working: window.print();
We have published in Storyline 2 and Storyline 3. We have tried SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. We cannot get the slide to print consistently across the major browsers: IE11, Firefox, and Chrome.
Does anyone have a course in the LMS with print functionality built into a button?
Thank you in advance!!
