Additional Learning Plan Progess and Summary reports (default active or all)

Would like additonal Learning Plan Progress report that is like the Summary report with only ACTIVE LPs and vice versa

The LP Progress report ... if tweaked to allow multiple selections ... gives you active and inactive LPs when you select "all LPs" without actually drilling in the select LPs.  I would like to be able to quickly select all active LPs and have the report remember my setting.  When you drill in, then if new learning plans are added, you need to select them manually. 

The LP Summary report ... if tweaked to allow multiple selections ... only gives you only active LPs
