How can I bulk delete some duplicate goals I created?

Summary

Need assistance deleting duplicate goals created with the "copy goals" feature.

Hoping there's a way to either:

1) Bulk-delete duplicate (and sometimes triplicate) goals that were assigned using the copy goal feature.

2) Or, allow employees to delete goals assigned to them by someone else.

Would greatly appreciate some quick assistance with this.
