We have defined custom content types in Talent Profile but they are not searchable or used in best fit ?

We have defined custom content types in the Employee Talent Profile but they are not searchable in the Profiles page or used in best fit.

Is there a way to configure Oracle so that custom (configured) content types are searchable e.g. in Profiles page and used in best fit criteria ?
