New user welcome email - link expires before users have time to click on it

How do you manage this?

Hello,

When new starters are added to HCM the system sends a welcome email which can be configured in the Administration part of the new Security Console, CreateUserSelfServiceNotification.

What we're finding is many users emailing us to say the link provided has expired, support say the link lasts for 48 hours. (we're still trying to understand if the email is sent as soon as the new starter is added or upon their hire date). Either way, 2 days is not long enough which is causing lots of people to say their link has expired requiring us to submit a change of password on their account.

Howdy, Stranger!
