In Talent if you have a probation goal that crosses two review periods/ goal plans how do you manage this ?

if a new hire joins in November and are given probation goals on the 2017 review period and goal plan

and probation is 6 months finishing apr 2018

how can you move the goals to new review period / goal plan  without too much manual intervention from Manager or employee ?

Where the review period of each goal plan is Jan to Dec.
