1. Is Planning Central mandatory for Supply/Demand Planning Cloud ? If so it has to be licensed separately ?

2. If we are opting for only Supply Planning Cloud and PC is mandatory, assuming PC is not licensed separately, can we use the demand planning capability within PC ?
