Enrollment Service Call

How do I fix a users who is marked as Service Call needed on an enrollment?Content
When I edit the enrollment for a VILT event, I see my two users enrolled. However, when I view Enrolllment Details and click View Users, the first column displays Service Call and there is a red crossed out circle next to a user I just added. I've seen that before but cannot remember how to resolve this. Anyone know?
