BPM Worklist Transaction Log

Content

Prior to upgrading to R12 I had access to the BPM Worklist Transaction Log as a Hr administrator where I could see all HR and SS transactions.

After upgrading to R12 I do not have this access anymore, I can only see transactions initiated by myself (see attachment).

I still have access 'Human Capital Management Application Administrator' role in R12.

Any ideas ?
