Oracle is committed to meeting PCI standards, protecting customer information, and helping customers with best practices. In order to adhere to PCI DSS 3.2 security standards, Oracle Commerce Cloud is introducing an updated password expiration policy starting with the 17.4 release. The policy applies to Admin and Agent accounts (but not Shopper accounts).

We recommend following the guidelines attached to help meet industry requirements and ensure your integrations and OCC Admin access continue to work as expected.
