Global Transfer actions returning duplicate records

I have an analysis that I run for all active employees and since the last upgrade to Release 12 I've had to add in some more filters to prevent duplicate records in my results. I have added:  Primary Assignment Flag = Yes, Primary Flag = Yes, Primary Work Relationship = Yes, Assignment Start Date is not null, Assignment Number is not null.  This has worked great to alleviate duplicates for most records, however whenever there's a global transfer as the last action I am getting duplicate records for those employees.  Does anyone have an idea of what else I may need to
