As a Customer Success Manager supporting Sales Cloud for both small and large organizations, I’ve run across a few common Out-of-the-box (OOTB) features that if implemented; could make for more efficient output and better experience for users.  We all know that time is money and if you can improve the experience for your users and save them time; you will have created a win-win situation for your organization and perhaps be turned into the local hero.

I’ve create my personal Top 5 List of underutilized features in Sales Cloud that as a Customer Success Manger supporting Sales Cloud, I often see not being used.   If you fall in the category of a mature Sales Cloud implementer or user; then this list is not for you.
