Administrator access to update another peron's content items on their profile

We are wanting to see if it is possible to have an administrator be able to update another person's profile data.

We are starting our discovery work to implement talent profiles and we wanted to confirm what we are seeing. It does not look like the seeded HR Specialist or HR Analyst roles are able to update the profile of another person. We have a use case where an administrator might be asked to do this for an executive from time to time, but as I see it, HCM Cloud does not allow this, is that correct?

Or, is there another role or additional security privilege I need to add to allow this?
