This is more of a code question but the video is hosted on Learn ...

The first video is hosted on Learn's Resource Manager and the 2nd is from YouTube. For some reason the video hosted on Learn will not follow any code to prevent autoplay. I've tried "0", "false" and several other combinations. In Chrome the video plays automatically and in IE it opens up in Windows Media Player. Is there anything I can do to prevent this on the Learn side?
