Trying to update the file path for a SCORM Course (SCO)

We are tying to update a SCORM course with a new course package. In the past we have updated the link in the html of the classic course player. However, we have noticed that this will limit us moving to the new Course Player because it gives an error.

To fix that issue we tried updating the SCORM course through the interface (which had mixed results because it created a new course ID).

We are currently trying to update the file path to the course using the Bulk Loader Course Manager. We have successfully updated the course description but the file path isn't updating. Attached is the txt file we are using.
