Remove 'ongoing' option from the posting option to careers website?

Hello,

We have noticed that some of our hiring managers are not closing down vacancies being posted on our careers website in a timely manner,

This results in a high number of vacancies showing, one way to tackle this (aside from training/comms ongoing) is to remove the 'ongoing' option, is this possible?

That way the hiring manager needs to select a date and therefore at some point the vacancy will expire and would need to be a conscious effort to re-post,
