Can't upload attachments for External Trainings

We can't upload attachments for External Training.Content
Has anyone noticed that attachments are not saving/visible when adding to an external attachment? We opened a support ticket and they are having the bug team look into this.
When we add the attachment is says saved, but nothing is there. When we close and go back, nothing is there. This started last week Sept 25 or so.
Does anyone know if something has changed and I need to update a setting?
