Updating Course title from property sheet, character limit?

edited Oct 6, 2017 4:51PM in Taleo Learn 1 comment

Summary

Updated title in course property sheet doesn't save if the title exceeds 100 characters

Content

I have course titles that are longer, and stored correctly, but edited through the old edit mode. When I edit from the course properties, if the title is longer than 100 characters it just truncates.

Is this by design? Doesn't seem to be a field limiter, or none of my titles would exceed 100 characters.

Oh, and I just found an added bonus. If you edit the other properties on a course with a long title, and save those properties, without touching the title, it truncates the title down to 100 characters.

Howdy, Stranger!
