Changing Holiday Years

We want to change our holiday year to run in line with the Financial Year as opposed to the Calendar YearContent
I am looking for some guidance from people who have changed their holiday year as described above.
Going forward the business wants to change our holiday year to run from April to March instead of January to December. Therefore we are considering having a 15 month absence year next year to run from January 18 to March 19. And then a 12 month year going forward, starting in April 19.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a 15 month plan in the system? We will have to work out for everyone what the pro rata additional 3 months holiday will total to add on to the normal year’s entitlement.
