Recommendations appreciated.  I have an integration with our HR systems.  As soon as an individual accepts a position, that evening they are included in the feed to the LearnCenter.  Sometimes they are not set to begin for 45 days so they get a new account early.  I have a field with is start date.  That field drives a dynamic group that populates a learning plan for new hires.  I currently do not have the due date turned on because they have 30 days from the hire date to complete the learning plan however the options are days or months after
