Downloading large files from the SFTP
Summary
PPT files not downloading fully or corruptContent
I'm trying create a process for our instructional designers who develop PowerPoints with Videos. The end PowerPoints are sometimes 180mb or more, loaded up to our SFTP, linked within a course, and then our users download them. The problem is, when our users are downloading the file, the download is sometimes timing out. When troubleshooting I can see that only part of a 180MB powerpoint has downloaded or when the user open the files they get a message in powerpoint saying the file is corrupt. Sometimes users can download the entire file with no problems.
