Unable to delete a Job Profile in the My Team tool

I have given what I think are the correct rights but the users can not see the delete a Job Profile while using My Team

In the "My Team" feature the supervisor can map people to a job profile.  I also want them to be able to un-map people from a job profile.   When I am logged in as the admin I can see that feature in the "My Team" feature.    

I have created a role in the user roles that I also assign to the people who are supervisors to give them the additional rights that we think is needed.   One of those was under "Manage Job Profiles"  I gave them rights to "Add Job Profile Mapped Users" and "Delete Job Profile Mapped Users"    But that does not give them the feature in the "My Team" tool
