    SR taking long time to resolve

    Has anyone had issues getting prompt support from open SRs? I have a couple issues with Learn that I am trying to navigate and am not getting very far.

    Here are my issues.

    1) editing 'documents' page, is giving me HTML code instead of wsiwyg type editing, which it used to do

    2) documents recently loaded to documents page are not opening - getting learn center not found message

    3) credits not populating - credits are set to automatic, and course end date has passed, but still credit isn't updating

    4) course completion not updating - SCORM course with SCORM quiz, not updating after completion
