Help! Trying to un-Map user from LP

  • User added to dynamic group incorrectly
  • Group was mapped to an LP --- 'Retain Mapping' was indicated on the LP
  • Removed user from group by correcting the profile info that mapped them dynamically
  • I assume, because of retained mapping, that is the reason the LP is still mapped to user.... I have tried to change mapping status from the LP mapped users tab, but the checkbox beside the user is greyed out. Ugggggghhhhh!

Any suggestions?
