I searched in MOS, but the cases that the customer faced don't belong to any of the below:
1. SSO/OAM Session Lifetime Timeout - This is set to 8 hours by default (Users forced to re-login every 8 hrs even if actively using the application). 2. WLS Container idle-session Timeout - The current cloud standard for idle session timeout is 30 minutes as described in Fusion Applications: What are the timeout settings for Cloud/SaaS environments? (Doc ID 2007990.1). Users get a warning in the UI for this idle-timeout. Clicking OK resets the timer (so it is expected to never timeout if user keeps using the application) for this idle-timeout.
