Good day MOS Customer Connect Community 
 
We just got R12 and we have an issue where OTBI's Dashboards' graphic elements for the "Tabs" on a Dashboard appear to display "Broken Links" on IE 11 (Internet Explorer, already 'Reset to Default' and with a flushed cache/void of Temporary Internet Files - Version 11.0.9600.18449) running on a Windows Seven (7 - SP1) PC that also got updated to Java 8 (151) as we attempted to troubleshoot, per attached/below.
 
What did we miss on the post upgrade tasks, cannot seem to find a similar reference on most available documentation (OASAL/OACEX, etc. for R12). Thanks in advance.
