Hi all

We are currently testing R12 and are coming up with some problems with Person Spotlight, so need some advice please.

1.  Is there an easy way for an employee to get to their Spotlight page in fewer than 4 clicks (About Me > Person Information > i > click on name)?

2.  For a line manager, if they go to My Team, I thought when they clicked on an individual's name, they would see the Person Spotlight view of that individual but it is going straight to the Employment Details tab.  Any ideas how to change this?
