Link to a Course that opens in the new player on Pages

Need to have a link directly to a Course and Instance on the new "Pages" and the course open up in the new player.Content
I have a document course created in Content Manager. Need to setup so employees can just click on a link and it open this document course. I have used http://learncenter.com/courseredirect.asp?sessionid=!ldcsessionid!&DCT=1&courseid=course# to link to the course, but it open in the old player and will not play the document course.
Also need to know how to link to an Assessment/Instance. Once the employee finishes the course they need to take the Assessment/Instance.
