REST API tool to bulk upload e-learning content

In R12 release readiness document, for Fusion Learning module, its mentioned: "Using the REST API it is possible to bulk upload videos, e-learning content, PDF documents and weblinks to Learning Cloud".

STEPS TO ENABLE

This feature requires the usage of a client tool for now.

 
But there are no REST APIs listed in REST API documentation "REST API for Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Release 12".
 
If anyone has details / documentation / working examples reg. REST APIs using the Tool for Learning module, please share.
