Help!!! Not sure how to get this accomplished.
I have a course and two assessments that employees need to take and then receive a certificate once they have completed the course and the two assessments. However we will not be assigning this to employees. Employee's will be going into the LMS and taking the training and assessments on their own.
I know how to accomplish this with a Learning Plan that is assigned, but for the employee just to Voluntarily go to it I am lost as to how to accomplish and tie a certificate to it.
