Scheduled Conflict Enrollment Report

Need an enrollment report that will show scheduled conflicts

Obviously this data is being captured somewhere since it shows up as a column in the enrollment, but we need to be able to run a report that shows all schedule conflicts.  I have played with different versions of the enrollment report but can't produce this information.  Any ideas?
