Hello - 

We currently have a certificate mapped to a learn plan that is visible to the user when viewing through the primary learn plan dynamic object.  For some reason, however, a supervisor is unable to see the same certificate (tied to the learn plan) when viewing the user's training items within the "view all user items" section of the "My team view" dynamic object.  We have a limitation with our in-store devices where a user is unable to print their own learn plan certificates.  A supervisor is required to print the certificate for the user and store the certificate within a
