I understand that currently smartphones aren't optimized for the responsive user interface (RUI), for example: if you launch Oracle HCM Cloud from the mobile web browser on a smartphone it will not be optimized to fit the screen.
 
I saw in a Partner Direct presentation (screenshot attached) that the RUI will be optimized for smartphones "post R13"... Is there any information available on when/what release this will be available? The presentation was called "HCM Cloud Mobile Partner Direct R12 Beyond" from October 2016.
