How do I use External Training to record varied completion hours?

Hi!

My company provides training through an external CBT provider, in addition to in-house training. I just got allocated the admin privileges to access the CBT provider website and pull the monthly completion data. My supervisor requires a report that combines the employee name and external training hours into a report that also shows the in-house course and ILT completions. But before I do that, I need to get the completion data in Taleo.

Now, I noticed though that if I decide to go with the External Training' option of Taleo, then there is no place to add the different training hours. for, say, one external training item name. If I create the CBT provider trainings as a separate ILT, then there is still no way to mark different completion hours manually for each person. I have 45 users who have completed a total of 70 CBT courses of varying durations ( so 70 different completion hours data). I don't see a bulk uploader template that can be used for this purpose.
