Purge Worker/Employee Records

edited Nov 7, 2017 10:06PM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary

Is there a way to completely purge a worker (employee, contingent worker) record after they have been created and saved?

Content

In Oracle EBS HCM, we are able to purge an employee record in case it was entered incorrectly, the employee never arrived, etc.  Is there a similar function in Oracle HCM Cloud?  I realize that once a payroll has been run on the employee, you shouldn't be able to purge them.  But, is there a possibility of purging the record with no payroll actions against it?
