securing payables invoice via Database Resources and security policy

e would like to allow users to see certain invoices based on a specific condition.

for example if the invoice has a routing2 = my username then i can see the those invoice

i know for a fact in HCM this is achievable through data resources where you can create a filter or SQL predicate to secure persons data based on conditions.

 

has anyone tried this in fscm?

 

any thoughts would be appreciated
