Restrict Specific Content Types for regions




We have a requirement for Europe Custom Employee Role.

Using Directory, if anyone outside Europe, sees Employee in Europe then show only Skills and Qualifications tab and specific content types.

E,g, Employee has multiple content types like Competencies, Degrees, languages, Memberships.

If Emp A (US), searches for Emp B (Germany) from Directory, then Emp A can see only Skills and Qualifications tab and Competencies, languages content types only.

If Emp B(Germany) searches for Emp A (US) from Directory, then Emp B can see all tabs and content types.

Is there any way to restrict via security or if it is personalisation, how much complex it will be.
